ST2 – ST3 - ST4 – STD

Automatic rotary machine with intermittent movement, suitable to fill and cap bottles and vases, both in plastic and glass. The dosage takes place with nozzles specifically built for the type of product (liquid, thick , oils etc) with anti-drip or thread cutter closure or by immersion for foaming products .
The standard filling is electronic volumetric with brushless motorized dosers of different range (from 4 ml to 1 lt). The volume dosed is a fraction of a total volume or “one shot” In case of one unique nozzle. The electronics of this system guarantees high speed and dosing precision.
The dosing cylinders are automatically set tot the volume set by recipe, completely eliminating the operator adjustments and set-ups
The monobloc is completed by one or two of cap insertion units (screw cap, dispenser or flp-top cap) and one or two capping units with intermittent movement and pneumatic approach
ST-D model has 2 synchronized carousels for the simultaneous production of 2 products or for the double production of the same product. With this system the production capacity reaches up to 4000 bph
