LINEAR FILLERS
Automatic linear machine with filling controlled by flowmeters.
Dosing takes place with nozzles specifically built for the type of products (liquid, thick,oils etc) with anti-drip or wire cutter closure ,or by immersion for foaming products.
The standard filling is with inductive magnetic flowmeters for products with a minimum of electrical conductivity of 5 µS/cm or mass type for non-conductive products.
Each part in contact with the product is made in AISI 304 or 316 L stainless steel.
The vertical movement of the nozzles is servo-motorized and with programmable speed according to the type of products to be dosed and the type of bottle.
