TRACKING ROTARY MACHINE MONOBLOC
Automatic rotary machine with intermittent movement with nozzles tracking system, suitable to fill and cap bottles and vases, both in plastic and glass.
Dosing takes place with nozzles specifically built for the type of products (liquid, thick,oils etc) with anti-drip or wire cutter closure ,or by immersion for foaming products.
The standard filling is electronic volumetric with brushless motorized dosing unit of different range (from 4 ml to 1 lt). Each dosing unit fills the entire volume of the bottle, granting precision and accuracy and high production performance
As an alternative to electronic volumetric filling it is possible to put 5 inductive magnetic flowmeters with a minimum electrical conductivity of 5 µS/cm or mass type for non conductive products ; in this way the sterilization process of the implant is easier and faster.
Each part in contact with the product is built with stainless steel AISI304 or 316L
The central turret performs electronic synchronization with the bottle carousel. Once the dosage in the bottles below has been carried out it returns to the starting position to fill the following bottles. This system permits to reach higher speed and allows a separation of the dosing lines (for example to dose more products at the same time)
The dosing cylinders are automatically set tot the volume set by recipe, completely eliminating the operator adjustments and set-ups
The monobloc is completed by one or two capping insertion unit (screw cap, dispenser or flip top) and one or two capping system with intermittent movement and electronical approach.
The machine has several controls (bottle presence, cap presence after the positioning, possible slot in the carousel)
